Restoration

Sometimes the right way to do something is to take things slow. Just like with restoring a vehicle it can be easy to get caught up in the excitement of the build and rush things. This Golden Ale was brewed back in 2016 and has been developing in its fermenter for over a year. Restoration has come a long way since its 2016 starting point. Since then it’s been dosed with mixed berries and inoculated with some interesting yeast (and maybe the dregs of some interesting beers our team had enjoyed).

You’ll be drawn in by a big fruit-forward aroma full of red berry and lychee featuring undertones of crackers and fresh bread, then tantalized by the light carbonation and tartness accentuating the fruity and floral facets. As it ages in the bottle it will continue to evolve and change. Just like a project car, it’s never really “done”. It’s a golden ale at heart, and you can’t prove otherwise!
