Raspberry Traffic Jam

Summer Ale with Fruit

This is the first in a rotating series of limited quantity fruit beers.

We blended saison, and golden ale and conditioned it atop a huge heap of raspberries.

The resultant beer is ruby red with pink foam and highlights. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bread crust, and spicy yeast notes. The flavour is raspberry fruit up front, followed by toasty malt and a dry, lightly tart finish.

The beer is refreshing and thirst quenching, perfect for summer.
