Echoes

Imperial Stout With Vanilla

Winter has officially arrived and with it another one of our Echoes series. Mirroring the effects of a real echo, our beer continues to repeat itself even after the original sound has stopped. With each reverberation comes a slightly different tone that will resonate uniquely from the last. Highlighting our favourite flavour profiles within Echoes of the Void, we’ve composed a truly refined, yet simplified product. By simplifying the recipe, we thought it fitting to also simplify the name: Echoes.

Echoes brings forth chocolatey layered malt flavours that fade through dark fruit to a caramel sweetness; finishing off with a warm roasted, cocoa note. An elegant roundness was obtained by adding a touch of vanilla bean. Enjoy with friends and family this winter season.
