Echoes of the Void

Imperial Stout

For many beer drinkers, us included, dark winter nights bring a desire for luscious and comforting Imperial Stouts. At Redline Brewhouse we decided that this year we would create our own.
Inspired by nights by the fire, or an after dinner treat with friends, Echoes of the Void was born to bring joy to your palate during Winter’s blustery evenings. Layered malt flavours start out chocolatey, move to a caramel sweetness and finish with a roasted, cocoa note. We conditioned this beer on a huge amount of coconut we toasted in house, and added just a touch of vanilla bean for an elegant roundness.
Pairs well with family, friends, fireside chats, salty cheeses, and vanilla ice cream.
