Single-Hop Pale Ale

This year’s Spark series has taken us to a land down under! We at Redline, wanted to show our loyal beer drinkers and hopheads what Australia has to offer in regard to hops!

The third and final iteration of our Aussie-hopped 2021 Spark Series, Topaz just might be our favourite yet. This high alpha-acid hop is ripe with bold citrus flavour, notes of pineapple, lychee fruit, resin, and a slightly grassy finish. The pour is a deep hazy yellow with a smooth, medium body on the palate.
